Here at PrimeTime we provide both on-site and in-store service. In store service is more reasonably priced with a minimum diagnostic charge, or hourly rate for time-consuming repairs. General repairs are on a first come, first serve basis. Our average turn around time for servicing is 3 business days. On-site service is automatically placed as a high priority, and will be scheduled for a service call as soon as a technician is available. Average service call is completed the same day it is scheduled. Our technicians are available between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday (Except statutory holidays). PrimeTime repairs everything from general maintenance, virus removal, hardware replacement and even system upgrades.
In-House Rates
- Minimum charge for diagnostics: $50 + Tax
- Standard charge for servicing\repairs: $75 + Tax (Hourly)
- Priority servicing: $95 + Tax (Hourly - Minimum $95)
On-Site Rates
- Service call (One hour or less): $95 + Tax
- Hourly Rate: $95 + Tax
- On-Site service is usually scheduled the same day
